MANUFACTURE OF CYLINDER LINERS FOR LARGE ENGINES
We manufacture cast iron liners in centrifuged gray iron, for big stationary engines and compressors.
LAVCO has the experience and technology in the manufacture of centrifuged gray cast iron sleeves for CATERPILLAR®, INGERSOLL RAND®, SUPERIOR®, WAUKESHA®, AJAX®, ARIEL®, SULZER®, WARTSILA®, WORTHINGTON® engines and compressors, among others.
MANUFACTURE OF COMPRESSOR PARTS
LAVCO manufactures compressor parts, such as pistons, piston rods, axes, crossheads, among others.
LAVCO manufactures pistons in gray iron and aluminum. It also produces sleeves and pistons for INGERSOLL RAND®, WORTHINGTON®, GARDNER DENVER®.
ASSEMBLY AND MACHINING OF INDUSTRIAL PARTS
We have state-of-the-art technology for the assembly and machining of a large variety of parts from the industrial sector.
We are specialized in the assembly and machining of: baskets and augers for palm oil extractors, pinions for bucket elevators, plates for filter press, boxes of thermostats for motor graders and aluminum tubes for fuel.
REBUILDING SERVICES FOR RECIPROCATING COMPRESSORS AND STATIONARY ENGINES
Our trajectory is backed by more than 15 years of experience in the repair of Reciprocating Compressor Cylinders and Stationary Engines serving the main fields of oil and gas extraction in Colombia.
Our experience is certified in the repair of Stationary Engines and Reciprocating Compressors for crude and gas extraction plants following the API 618 standards with a high trajectory of success. Lavco has made more than 500 repairs on compressor and motor cylinders in brands such as AJAX®, SUPERIOR®, INGERSOLL RAND®, JOY®, NUOVO PIGNONE® and GARDNER DENVER®
In Colombia we are among the companies with the longest trajectory and experience in the repair of drive cylinders and reciprocating compressor cylinders for the oil and natural gas extraction and transportation industry, petrochemical industry and power generation. LAVCO is the only Colombian company that also produces its own industrial liners for these repairs.
